Research On The Sustainability Evaluation Of PPP Project Of Characteristic Town

In recent years,characteristic towns have developed rapidly in our country and have achieved some achievements,but at the same time,there are many problems,such as unclear positioning,blind development,real estate and so on,which affect the sustainability of the characteristic town.The investment in the construction of PPP project in characteristic town is huge.It is particularly important to improve the utilization of funds,reasonably judge and improve the sustainability of the PPP project in the characteristic town.Based on this,this paper studies the sustainability evaluation of PPP project of characteristic town in order to better realize the long-term sustainable development of the characteristic town.Firstly,according to relevant literature,the sustainability assessment is divided into three parts: economy,society and environment.The sustainability evaluation index system of PPP project of the characteristic town is preliminarily summed up on the basis of the characteristics of the characteristic town and PPP project,And then 24 sustainable evaluation indicators for the PPP project of characteristic town are selected according to the questionnaire investigation and analysis on the importance and the correlation of the indexs.Secondly,the weight of each index in the evaluation system is determined by AHP,and the sustainability of the project is calculated and evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,a case is used to verify the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation model,and then analyze the important factors that affect the sustainability of characteristic town,put forward suggestions for improvement,and get the proportion of public and private investment when the project's sustainability is optimal.This provides a basis and reference for improving the capital utilization rate of the PPP project of characteristic town,evaluating and improving the sustainability of PPP project of characteristic town,and has important theoretical and practical significance.
