Study On The Coordinated Development Of Intensive Use Of Land And Economic Development In Sichuan Province

The absolute quantity of land in our country is large,but per capita land possession is small.At the same time,it's difficult to exploit and the quality of the land proportion is not high.Before the reform and opening-up,our country's economic development level was relatively low on the whole,and the speed of economic development was relatively slow.The demand for land of economic development also grew slow.Land use and economic development contradictions was relatively relaxed.However,after the reform and opening up,China's economic development has accelerated.The level of economic development has increased rapidly,at the same time in the urbanization and industrialization of rapid development process,a large amount of agricultural land has been converted to non-agricultural land.The rapid reduction of agricultural land has seriously threatened the food security of China.The shortage of the supply for construction land has already become the most important influence factor which affects the economic sustainable development.A large number of studies have indicated that the intensive use of land and the economic development have the high correlation,alleviating the two contradictions between our country's land use at present and the economic development.The key to the problem is how to enhance the coordinated development of the intensive use of land and the economic development,which is worth discussing.In this paper,Sichuan Province is the research object,guided by the idea of sustainable and healthy development and the system theory.The intensive use of land and economic development are integrated into a framework to construct evaluation index system.The relationship of coordinated development between the intensive use of land and economic development in Sichuan Province and the reasons have been analyzed with the use of the software like Excel,Arc GIS and Geoda.Draw the following conclusions:(1)The trajectory of the center of Economic Development in Sichuan Province is located in the south of the track of the land intensive use of gravity,and the shift distance of the center of economic development is more significant than that of the land intensive use of gravity.The relative distance between land intensive utilization and economic development is stable at 2000-2009.In 2009-2010 and 2012-2014,there was the trend of enlarging,while in the 2010-2012 and 2014-2015 is lessen.The focus is on land intensive use of gravity and economic development of the movement of the center of gravity,which is affected by the government's land and economic policies.(2)The region with the highest coordinated development of the intensive use of land and economic development is Chengdu,while the region with the lowest coordinated development is Bazhong.The coordinated development degree of the intensive use of land and economic development in Sichuan Province are concentrated on the moderate degree of coordinated development,and the type of highly coordinated development degree and the type of low coordinated development tend to develop in moderate degree.In 2015,the regional distribution of coordinated development showed that it was high in the middle but low in the eastern part from the east to west;however,the south was higher than the north from the south to north.(3)In the global spatial autocorrelation analysis of the coordinated development degree of the intensive use of land and economic development in Sichuan Province in 2007-2015,the coordinated development of the intensive use of land and economic development in Sichuan Province presents the trend of decentralized development after agglomeration.Besides,the spatial agglomeration of the intensive use of land and economic development is divided into three stages.In 2007-2009 and 2012-2015,it is the gathering situation;in 2009-2012,it shows the dispersed situation;in 2007,2011 and 2015,it is presented in the local space autocorrelation Moran scatter plot analysis.The sample points of the coordinated development degree of the intensive use of land and economic development in Sichuan Province are distributed in the third quadrant most with homogeneity,while the trend of increasing the number of homogeneous areas and decreasing the number of heterogeneous areas is the highest in 2011,the second in 2015,and the lowest in 2007 years.In the analysis of the spatial autocorrelation space distribution in the 2007,2011 and 2015,the regions with high-high concentration are distributed in the middle part of Sichuan province,the low-low agglomeration regions are located in the eastern part of Sichuan,and the low-high agglomeration areas are located around Chengdu.Based on the study of the coordinated development of the intensive use of land and economic development in Sichuan Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the land utilization and economic development in Sichuan Province,and provides reference for decision-makers to promote the coordinated development of the intensive use of land and economic development in Sichuan Province.
