Research On Optimization Of Performance Appraisal In D Petrochemical Complex Property Management Center

Like natural resources,human resources are the source of social wealth and play a decisive role in the process of social wealth creation.With the development of society and economy,people are more and more aware that manpower is a kind of resource and it is necessary for the creation of social wealth.Therefore,human resource management has been paid more and more attention by enterprises and it has become the core work of enterprises.The essence of modern market economy competition is talent competition.The rational use of human resources determines the production efficiency of enterprises.Performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management.How to design their own performance appraisal system,How to maximize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,How to improve employee satisfaction so that enterprises can get the competitive advantage of human resources management,are all the core of enterprise human resources management.Equitable and objective human resources performance assessment plays a vital role in the maintenance of employee loyalty and the healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,constructing a set of scientific and effective performance appraisal scheme based on the status of enterprise has become an important topic in front of enterprise human resources managers.This paper took the Property Management Center of D Petrochemical Complex as the research object.Instructed by the performance appraisal theory,this paper made the comprehensive investigation on the status of the enterprise performance appraisal through the questionnaire survey,the interview and the on-the-spot investigation.After analyzing the data obtained from the questionnaire survey statistically,it was found that there were some problems in the Property Management Center.In view of these problems,this paper put forward the optimization scheme of performance appraisal of D Petrochemical Complex Property Management Center.The implementation of the optimization scheme in the D Petrochemical Complex Property Management Center has important significance for the enterprises in same industry.It can provide a valuable exploration for other enterprises whowant to take effective performance appraisal in the same industry.It has certain guiding significance and practical significance in promoting healthy,harmonious and efficient development of state-owned enterprises and in improving the performance of state-owned enterprises.
