Due to the rapid progress of new media technology,online shopping is becoming more and more popular among network users,making traditional retail industry increasingly depressed.From the view of the development trend of China's retail industry,it is necessary to understand and adapt to the current market environment in order to relieve the crisis.As one of the consumer's main consumption patterns,supermarket shopping is imminent.In this paper,the shopping cart used by customers is used as the design center.From the appearance,function and use mode of the shopping cart,the concept of "full self-service" is applied to the supermarket shopping cart system,and the user centered design methodology is used to form a system of "full self-service" shopping model to enhance the consumer.A good shopping experience.First,this paper introduces the status and development of shopping cart.Secondly,on the basis of market research,it analyzes a series of problems when consumers are shopping,such as the long queues in charge of fees,and not finding the goods needed,so as to speed up the rate of charging and improve the feeling of shopping experience.Furthermore,it analyzes the psychological needs and purchasing behavior of the supermarket customers,studies the design elements and design principles of the full self-service shopping cart.Finally,it simplifies the operation procedure of the supermarket full self-service shopping cart design by using the information of the supermarket shopping cart system in the way of words and visual and auditory feedback,so that the operation is easy and the method is clear.In order to improve the service efficiency and service attitude of supermarkets.Under the new concept of consumption in the new era,the development of modern supermarket self-service shopping cart should meet the real psychological needs of the customers to the maximum.
