With the development of China's economy,China's manufacturing industry is also making continuous progress.At the same time,the corresponding internal control issues are also frequently exposed.Establishing and improving the internal control mechanism of an enterprise is to be able to prevent financial risks and operational risks.It is a prerequisite for compliance with laws and regulations and is also a guarantee for the long-term healthy development of an enterprise.The Basic Standard for Corporate Internal Control promulgated by the five ministries further demonstrated the importance of the internal control system.The home textile industry is an industry with low industry concentration,low technological content,and high competition.The home textile industry constantly puts forward new requirements for profit and cash flow.Sales can directly affect the profitability of companies and the efficiency of capital turnover,and at the same time,they can capture market share.Sales are the source of business development and also business operations.The essential core link,the effect of its internal control will inevitably have a great influence on the long-term development of the company.This article takes VK company as the research object.The company is one of the earlier home textile companies in China.It is also one of the well-known kit manufacturers in China.It is a representative manufacturer of home textile SMEs with good development prospects and certain representation.However,in terms of internal control of the sales business,although VK company has established internal control.There are still some problems with the irrational and inadequate implementation of the internal control system in this important sales business.According to related theories of internal control,concepts of risk management,internal control process design of sales business,and relevant elements of internal control of sales business,the article summarizes the current status of the internal control operations of VK's sales business,and uses the“Company Internal Control Application Guidelines No.9-Sales Business"as a guide.For VK's specific situation,this article proposes a series of improvements in these problematic part,as sales planning management,customer credit management,sales pricing,sales contract management,billing and collection,and accounting system control.At the same time,relevant safeguard measures are put forward from the three aspects of internal control environment,information communication and internal supervision.We hope to provide reference for improving the internal control of VK's sales business,and also provide reference for other companies in the same industry.
