Study On The Evaluation Of Beijing Linyou Interactive Technology Co.Ltd. By Transaction Case Comparison Method

In recent years,with the continuous development of science and Internet technology,China's online game industry is developing rapidly.The M&A activities of online game companies are increasingly active.The premium of online game industry is very high.With the M&A of online game companies ushering in "the strictest supervision in history",how to properly value online game companies has become the focus of attention.Compared with the developed countries,application of transaction case comparison method in the evaluation of enterprise value in China started late.With the increase in the number and proportion of market-oriented transactions,it will be widely applied in practice.Therefore,it is necessary to enrich the research theory of market law in time.In this paper,through the relevant literature and theories,based on the demand and current situation of the valuation of transaction case comparison in the M&A.The existing problems in the evaluation of the original company value of Linyou Interactive are described in terms of evaluation methods,valuation results,and professional ethics.It is believed that the original valuation of Linyou Interactive is high.An improvement plan using the transaction case comparison method to reassess is proposed,and the three key steps were optimized.The study finds that through the optimized transaction case comparison method,the revaluation of the Shandong Mining Machinery Group Co.,Ltd.'s merger and acquisition Linyou Interactive is re-evaluated.At the same time,it is found that the use of system clustering analysis to select comparable transaction cases can effectively help solve the problem of subjectivity.Secondly,it is found that the value ratio of P/E is more applicable to the valuation of online game companies.Finally,this paper creat a five-dimension value ratio correction index system.Through the research of this paper,the theoretical system of transaction case comparison method are enriched.At the same time,it can guide and solve the problems encountered in the practice of online game enterprise value evaluation.
