As the reform of interest rate liberalization has already been into the substantiation stage,the liberalization of deposit and loan interest rate will fully test the bank managers' decision-making ability.Actually,City Commercial Bank is one of the special branch in the capacity of Commercial Bank.In recent years,with the development of policy support and their own efforts,City Commercial Bank is basking in the developing boom in a rise rapidly period.As a representative of the city commercial bank,JX Bank has been developing in the first echelon of city commercial banks in recent years.And it is continuously exploring the optimization management system and improving the management mechanism.Firstly,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign researches,this paper introduces the basic content of urban commercial banking system,characteristics and mainstream pricing methods.Secondly,it introduces the history of JX Bank,its main pricing method,the division of labor departments.Comparing the differences of loan pricing between the large commercial banks and JX Bank,this paper demonstrates the JX Bank's existing deficiencies,including the insufficiency of pricing model in comprehensive adjustment,the inadequacies of the authorized consideration between the headquarters and branches,the pricing management without the top-level design mechanism,the talent mechanism without enough guarantee and so on.Thirdly,based on the existing problems of JX Bank and its orientation,this paper puts forward the optimization methods to its management,from its operating principles and objectives.Meanwhile,it also advances the methods to optimize the pricing process,the top design and department responsibilities.Then,through the methods which put forward in this paper,some positive outcomes are verified on the practice.Finally,the paper puts forward some enforceable guarantee measures to JX Bank's optimization plans:The first is strengthening management's quality of the loan pricing data in public loan products;The second is to strengthening the construction of public loan pricing IT system;The third is play a key role in business personnel's internal and external training;The fourth is making the performance appraisal system play a leading role in pricing. |
