Since October 2015,deposit and loan interest rate control in our country has been fully released,entering a new phase of interest rate liberalization.Interest rate marketization has been preliminary achieved,which is helpful to perfect our country's financial markets,but also make the financial borrowing face more uncertainty.Loan interest rate pricing too high or too low both result in a negative impact,which brings the commercial banks financial risks.Therefore,to maintain profitability and competitiveness,commercial banks must subdivide the credit market to provide more differentiated and professional services,in which the most important is reasonable lending rates.Upon the arrival of the Data Era,it brings new thoughts to commercial banks.In order to make even the loan earnings and risks,commercial banks can analyze the valid customer data and establish a lending rate pricing system that meets supervision requirements and can be practically applied,which can also satisfy the customers' needs,improve customers' loyalty and satisfaction,and consist with the pricing requirements of new era interest rates.This article first elaborates the domestic and foreign relevant loan pricing theories,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the loan pricing of H Bank,introduces the common loan pricing method of commercial banks,and uses the comparative analysis method to obtain the loan pricing method suitable for the data era,which is the RAROC model pricing method.In addition,on the basis of traditional RAROC pricing model,it also takes the customer contribution degree in bank-corporate cooperation and regional economic development level into consideration in order to improve the model.At last the modified model can be empirical verified from the loans profits,the deposit profits and the mesne profits.In this paper,303 real loan data from the Weihai branch of H bank have been used to compare the loan pricing rates of RAROC with the real loan interest rates.The results show that the average level of the real loan interest rates of the H bank Weihai branch is lower than that of the modified RAROC model,and the loan interest rate is difficult to cover the risk.Based on the improved RAROC pricing model,it can make more reasonable differentiated pricing for loan customers with different credit ratings,which is more consistent with the loan pricing strategy of commercial banks under the condition of data analysis.In conclusion,there are suggestions for H Bank drawn from the application of the data analysis: establish and improve the data application system and loan pricing system,focus on the talent training,implement diversified pricing strategy,etc.These pricing strategies are particularly instructive for H bank loan pricing.
