Study On The Construction Of Internal Control System Of Corporation

In recent years,China's private medical field has made considerable progress,and many policy dividends and capital support have flowed to this area.With the improvement of residents' health care awareness in China,people have higher requirements for the quality of medical services.In order to better develop the medical industry,the Party and the state encourage greater participation of private capital in the sector.As a pioneer in the field of private medical care,oral medicine has the characteristics of low investment,high revenue,and relatively low risks.Currently,some companies in the industry are moving toward a nationalized and chained model.The development of an enterprise cannot be separated from internal control.The quality of internal control is directly related to the prosperity of an enterprise.Medical care is also a matter of national development and national health.In actual operation,however,corporate management personnel either do not pay attention to internal control and risk management,or find it difficult to start and do not know what to do.Therefore,this article takes B Medical Group as an example to study the internal control of private chain medical enterprises.Through the study of the evolution of internal control theory,the purpose and significance of the company's internal control activities are defined,and a clear theoretical basis for the establishment of the internal control system is established.Through research on internal control frameworks or systems domestic and abroad,a set of internal control system construction methods suitable for China's private enterprises will be combed to ensure that the construction of internal control systems meets the requirements of the system and the feasibility of practical operation is guaranteed.Ultimately,it serves the enterprise's operation and management.Through the case study of B Medical Group,the internal control system design of specific business details was discussed,and the experiences and lessons learned in the actual internal control work were combed.
