Research On The Internal Control Environment Of Private Enterprises In China

With the continuous development of economy,the private enterprises in China occupy more and more big part in the overall economic development of the country and thus have become one of the important pillars of our economic development.Compare with the rapid rise of development,the sustainable development of these enterprises is generally low,after investigation,we found most of the private enterprises arc lack of internal control environment or their internal control environment is not mature,which causes the failure of internal control and management issue,leads to the poor operation of whole business system and eventually leads a non-sustainable development.Therefore,this thesis will use the internal control theory,focus on the study of enterprises internal control,especially private enterprises internal control environment,seeking an improvement program by doing a case study,and hope to improve the private enterprise internal control environment system efficiency.This paper firstly reviews the history of internal control and internal environment control theory and their current situation,based on the analysis of the influence of enterprise especially the key internal control environment factors affecting the effectiveness of internal control in private enterprise,combined with the current development of private enterprises in China in recent years,with the Hangzhou J company as an example,analyzes the specific problems of internal control in the environment,and then summarizes the current situation of internal control environment of private enterprises in our country and the existing problems,have a more intuitive understanding of the internal control of our environmental problems commonly existing in the private enterprise,has proven the irreplaceable important position in the internal environment of private enterprises in the internal control system of the whole.At the same time,put forward pertinent opinions and suggestions,enhance the environmental effectiveness of internal control in J Company,and improve the efficiency of internal control to improve the internal environment,to provide reference for China's private enterprises,enrich the related research in the field of China's private enterprise internal environment to a certain extent.
