Community provides residents with some daily needs. It not only the basic unit of the city, but also an important place of urban residents.Community Logistics is the real "last 100 meters" in logistics, which is directly oriented to community business and community residents, and delivers goods from suppliers to community stores or residents. The improvement of urban residents' consumption level and the development of new formats, such as e-commerce,have greatly increased the demand for community logistics. However,on the one hand, the enterprises involved in community distribution cannot meet the demand due to the level of information level,or do not pay enough attention to it,all led to the community logistics has been unable to meet the growing demand for logistics. On the other hand, the distribution of community logistics is diversified, and enterprises cannot make a good decision on how to carry out the distribution to different communities. The unreasonable distribution leads to the increase of enterprise cost, and also cannot achieve the desired effect. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the distribution model, which can not only improve customer service experience, but also effectively reduce costs and reduce waste of resources.Based on these, this paper studies the distribution model of community logistics, the main content includes the following aspects.First of all, this article introduces the definition and model classification of community distribution and analyzes the problems in community distribution. The influencing factors of community distribution were analyzed from the perspectives of both companies and consumers. For the influencing factors in which it is difficult to express with specific data, the college community is taken as the research object, and were obtained through questionnaires. It is proved that the design of questionnaire and the collected data are reliable according to the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, and it can be used for the following research. Then, according to the characteristics of the needs of community residents, the demand is divided into three categories:daily consumer goods, fresh products and non-consumption products, and the prediction methods that can be used are also pointed out. Then according to the planned behavior and normative activation theory, with the help of the structural equation model, several steps are established, such as setting up the index system, constructing the theoretical model, setting the actual model, estimating the model, evaluating the model's fitness, and correcting the model to improve the degree of fitting. The proportion of consumers' preference for different delivery models in the college community is obtained. On this basis, the cost structure of the company is analyzed. Then,by considering the cost of the company and the level of consumer satisfaction, the process of determining the proportion of the distribution model is analyzed. Finally, through the acquisition of daily consumer product demand parameters and consumer preferences,as well as the collected data, the cost and customer satisfaction of the company when establishing self-service delivery points and using self-service delivery boxes were calculated separately. So the proportion of distribution models that should be taken under different circumstances were obtained. And put forward some opinions and suggestions from different aspects.
