An individual agreement(Idiosyncratic deals)is a personalized employment arrangement negotiated between an individual employee and a supervisor in order to benefit both parties.However,differences in individual agreements may have different effects on the organization and team.In this study,data were collected from 370 employee-supervisor matched samples who are from Suzhou.The impact of Idiosyncratic deals and differences of Idiosyncratic deals on organizational behavior were studied,and study the servant leadership how to mediate the relationship between differences of Idiosyncratic deals and organization.It was found that:(1)Idiosyncratic deals are positively related to friendship,cohesion,and organizational commitment;(2)differences of Idiosyncratic deals are positively related to cohesion and organizational commitment;(3)differences of Idiosyncratic deals moderate the relationship between Idiosyncratic deals and friendship/cohesion/negative affection;(4)Servant leadership plays a moderation role between differences of Idiosyncratic deals and organizational commitment/cohesion.(5)Contingent Reward mediates the moderation effect of differences of Idiosyncratic deals and organizational commitment...
