The characteristics of rural tourism itself are wide range,lack of concentration,long distance,scenic spots and difficulty finding.Under the condition of huge demand for rural tourism and with the rapid development of the Internet Age,more and more tourists get tourism information from the Internet,and complete tourism payment and reservation.However,there are five problems in the existing rural tourism websites:(1)The website duplicate each other,and the homogeneity is serious;(2)The web module is chaotic and the classification is not clear;(3)Web pages can't be opened and links are invalid;(4)The website information is scarce and the content is obsolete;(5)The website lacks credibility,and the transaction is insecure.With the development of rural tourism,the number of rural tourism websites is increasing.But,it appears that users can't find rural tourism websites or you are hard to get the information what you want on a rural tourist website.Based on this,this article takes the user as the center,what user demands of the rural tourism websites are?What kind of user demands do these rural tourism websites belong to?What is the priority of these rural tourism user demands?And how can these needs be applied to the construction and optimization of rural tourism websites?The research of user demand of rural tourism websites is based on the theory of user centered and attractive quality,combining user research method with Kano model.First,it gets user demand of rural tourism website by conducting in-depth interview with 18 users;Second,there are 49 demands with using Card sortingto;Finnaly,using the method of Focus group to analysis deeply draws 33 demands.The Kano model questionnaire was used to investigate 33 items of demand items.The demand number of category A(Attractive demand)was 7;the demand number of category I(Indifferent demand)was 10;the demand number of category O(One-dimensional demand)was 16.Further,the quadrant map is drawn based on the Better-|Worse| system value,and the 33 requirement attributes are improved and reclassified,and the priority of requirements is evaluated.Finally,based on the conclusions of this paper,the principles,processes,applications of construction of rural tourism websites and the principles,processes and ideas of the optimization of rural tourism websites are proposed.
