Service Quality And User Demand Analysis Of Shanlv Flea Website

With the rapid development of the Internet and the change of people's consumption concept,online trading has developed rapidly.In this case,the campus trading network came into being.The current campus trading website there are fierce competition,in the face of this campus has a large number of fixed customer base in the market,how many websites from the talent shows itself,more students into customers,is necessary to study each campus trading website problems.This paper mainly studies the user needs and quality of service of the campus transaction website based on customer satisfaction.Based on the summary of the campus website and related transactions on the basis of theoretical knowledge,we firstly summarize the basic situation and existing problems of Shanlv flea web and expound the function of the website by taking Shanlv flea web as an example.On this basis,to collect the data of user needs through the 5W1 H interview data were collated by KJ method,the user needs into information demand,transaction demand and service demand of three categories,followed by forms of all the user needs of the project was launched,the Likert scale questionnaire score 5 level design method of questionnaire calculation of user demand items and sorting weight.Then we made the detailed analysis of the service quality model and quality index of Shanlv flea website,established the relationship matrix between user requirements and site quality index by using the method of QFD,and turned the user needs into the website quality requirements,then calculated the weights of the site quality indices ranking,those who were ranked as accessibility,link effectiveness and usability,authenticity,richness,interactivity,understandability and timeliness.After the comparative analysis,we can fully grasp the role of each level,in order to improve the website to improve the quality of the user's experience.Finally,measures and conclusions were proposed for the improvement of the website quality from three aspects of the website system quality,information quality and service quality,so as to improve the quality of the Shanlv flea web,in order to provide guidance for other similar trading website development.
