With the continuous advancement of the economic globalization process and the continuous popularization of information technology,the focus of competition among enterprises has undergone great changes.More and more enterprises have realized the importance of human resources for enterprise development,the “people-oriented” thinking has gradually been accepted by people and widely used.Companies are now generally realize that only the establishment of a sound human resources management mechanism can stimulate and mobilize the initiative,enthusiasm,and creativity of the employees to achieve the common development of people and companies.The self-service welfare system is an inevitable trend in China,which will have far-reaching significance for the long-term development of enterprises.Flexible welfare is also called flexible welfare.Unlike traditional welfare systems,flexible welfare systems are more focused on employees' self-development.Employees in the company can choose their own welfare system from the various welfare systems formulated by the company,and thus realize self-worth,and their work enthusiasm and efficiency can be greatly improved.In view of this,this paper selects SF chain Retail Company as a research case to study and analyze the self-service welfare scheme.Firstly,this paper makes a comprehensive discussion on the background,research significance,research methods and ideas of retail industry in China.Then,this paper discusses the related concepts,theories of employee welfare,and determine the research value and direction of this paper based on the relevant researches at home and abroad.In terms of case analysis,this paper used questionnaires to investigate and analyze the status quo and existing problems of SF Company's welfare system.In view of the problems in the SF company welfare system,this paper uses the related theories and methods of the flexible welfare system as a guide to design and optimize the company's welfare system program.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the flexible welfare system in the SF Company,this paper proposes the operating mode and safeguard measures of the flexible welfare system.
