The Study Of Internet Governance Model

The Internet,as the greatest product of the 20 th century and the strategic infrastructure of the human information society,has greatly promoted the change of human production and life style and reshaped the operating rules of economic society since its inception.At present,the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of social production and life,profoundly changing the way human society operates,speeding up the pace of human civilization and progress.With the rapid development of Internet technology,the Internet has brought a lot of negative effects to the human being.As the guidance of Internet governance,Internet governance model has become the focus of Internet governance research at this stage.On the basis of grasping the concept and constituent elements of Internet governance model,this paper studies the evolution trend of the type and characteristics of Internet governance model based on the distinction between governance subject and development time.Combined with the practice of foreign Internet governance model,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of Internet governance model in China,and puts forward some suggestions on Internet governance that draw on the advantages of multi stakeholders and develop the Internet governance model of multilateralism.This paper mainly divides into six parts.In the first chapter,the background,significance,research methods and literature of the Internet governance model are systematically discussed.The second chapter briefly summarizes the concept of Internet governance model and the main body,object and other components;Chapter three,according to the time development system,combs the four models of Internet governance,And elaborated the United States and Russia and other countries of the Internet governance practices;The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of Internet governance model in China;The fifth chapter combines theory and practice to explore the most suitable Internet governance model in China.The sixth part summarizes the main results of the whole thesis.This paper forecasts and evaluates the innovation point and application foreground of this research,and puts forward the prospect and assumption of further research in combination with the deficiency of this article.
