Corporate social responsibility,the content involved,affects the relationship between enterprises and employees,consumers,suppliers,etc.It is increasingly valued by all people in China,and the research focus is gradually moving toward empirical research and discussion.Employees as an important part of the enterprise,capacity adjustment period enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities of employees,affects the success of the enterprise safety and stability of production,production capacity adjustment,stopping losses,transformation and development success or not.Therefore,in the special period,the enterprise can effectively reduce the conflict between the enterprise and employees and promote the smooth transition,transformation and development of the enterprise and social harmony.However,due to many differences in local government policies,corporate development levels,and employees 'sense of self-protection,there are also many differences in the performance of employees' social responsibilities in special periods.In recent years,the academic circles of our country have paid more attention to the stakeholders and social responsibility of enterprises.The most important stakeholder of an enterprise is the "employee".Employees are the first driving force for the development of the enterprise,and at the same time,it is also the starting point for the enterprise to fulfill the social responsibility.Employees' wages,safety protection,social security,self realization,are the specific content of the enterprise to perform social responsibility for the employees.The performance of employees 'responsibilities can be measured in terms of economic aspects,ethical aspects,legal aspects and discretionary aspects.Corporate responsibility is not only affected by the external enterprise,but also depends on the internal environment of the enterprise and the internal managers 'choice.The enterprise employee responsibility evaluation needs to establish a comprehensive and objective index system,which has always been a place of concern for foreign scholars and institutions.Specifically,G Company's social responsibility to its employees during the current period of steel capacity adjustment in China.On the basis of summarizing the corporate social responsibility,the paper points out the importance of fulfilling the employee responsibility which is closely related to the interests of the enterprise.Firstly,the author analyzes the social responsibility of the employees in different dimensions,and the influence factors.Secondly,from the actual point of view,this paper analyzes the implementation of the social responsibility of G company as a large state-owned steel company,and analyzes the existing problems.Secondly,from the actual point of view,this paper analyzes the implementation of the social responsibility of G company as a large state-owned steel company,and analyzes the existing problems.Finally,through the analysis of the factors of employee responsibility during the production capacity adjustment period of G Company,the countermeasures that enterprises should take in the social responsibility of employees during the production capacity adjustment period are put forward.Through the research of this paper,it tries to provide reference for how to better fulfill the social responsibility and realize the development of enterprise transformation when the production capacity structure of other similar enterprises changes.
