Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Strategic Emerging Industries In Jiangxi Province Based On Supply-side Reform

With the development of social and economic levels,major social conflicts have begun to change.The major social conflicts in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the people's ever-growing needs for good living and unbalanced development.Economic development has also fallen into the supply-side bottleneck.The promotion of supply-side reform has become a top priority,and supply-side reforms have a long way to go.The current supply-side reforms have become worth considering.Strategic emerging industries are sunrise industries that are based on major technological breakthroughs and major development needs,have a major ties for the overall economic and social development and long-term development,and are “icebreakers” in the supply-side reform of the new economic era.The evaluation of the performance of strategic emerging industries based on supply-side reforms can not only evaluate the effect of supply-side reforms,but also provide a great reference for the reform direction of the industry.In the less developed regions of Jiangxi Province,how to quickly develop in a short period of time,seize the supply-side reform and effectively use it in the evaluation of the performance of strategic emerging industries is an effective strategy.Based on this,through combing relevant literature,this article uses China's strategic emerging industry component index's 100 sample stock companies are research objects,build a strategic emerging industry enterprise performance evaluation index system based on supply side reform,and use the structural equation model to analyze and evaluate the 2017 annual report data of sample enterprises.At the same time,this paper also adopts the combined weighting method of AHP and entropy method to carry out comprehensive evaluation.After comparing the two analysis results to a comparative study,the research conclusion is finally drawn.The main research conclusions of this paper are:(1)In 2017,the strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province had a good supply-side reform.The two modeling methods were evaluated as the sixth and eighth respectively.(2)In the supply-side reform mechanism,the weights of DE-capacity,DE-stocking,and short-changing boards are successively reduced,and the sum of the three weights accounts for more than 70%.Strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province should maintain the second advantage in terms of capacity elimination,focusing on multi-channel DE-stocking,and the “technology-driven” “shorting board ” should be an unwavering long-term policy,so that the supply side reform can be improved.And quickly implement the implementation.
