Study On Agricultural Supply-side Structural Reform In Guangxi From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC in 2017 put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,regarding the structural reform of the agricultural supply side as the new motive force of the strategy of rural revitalization,and put forward that the structural reform of the agricultural supply side is to create high-quality and effective supply,improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural development and promote agriculture through the optimization and upgrading of the factors of agricultural production and management system,and take market demand as the guidance.Industrial modernization lays the foundation for rural shared development.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the present situation and problems of structural reform of agricultural supply side in Guangxi from the perspective of rural revitalization,focusing on the agricultural production factors and production structure of agricultural supply side,and to evaluate the structural reform ability of agricultural supply side in Guangxi,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural supply system in Guangxi,promote rural economic development and farmers’ living water in Guangxi.Improving the level and realizing the strategic goal of rural revitalization.Guangxi is an ethnic minority area along the border of China,and agriculture is an important industry.Based on the supply side of agriculture,this paper mainly analyses the current situation and problems of agricultural development in Guangxi from the angle of agricultural production factors and agricultural production structure.Through the analysis of agricultural product production structure,main structure of agricultural operation,agricultural scientific and technological talents and technological innovation application,agricultural capital investment and operation of system and mechanism in Guangxi,it is found that agriculture in Guangxi is an important part of the development of agriculture.On the supply side,there are contradictions between poor quality of supply and inadequate quality of demand,and betweenscientific and technological innovation and slow results.Through the evaluation and analysis of the structural reform ability of the agricultural supply side in Guangxi by the method of entropy,it is concluded that the overall structural reform ability of the agricultural supply side in Guangxi has been strengthened,but the contribution degree of each factor is not balanced;the contribution degree of each city has similarities and differences;the growth rate of each city is different,and the gap of the whole region has gradually narrowed.And draw lessons from the experience of domestic and foreign agricultural supply side reform,draw policy recommendations: cultivate diversified agricultural management subjects;give full play to regional advantages,vigorously develop high-quality agricultural products;broaden farmers’ financing channels,promote agricultural development;strengthen agricultural science and technology research,accelerate agricultural technology extension;improve agricultural security system,play the role of government policy support.
