Feasibility Study On The Investment Of G Company To Indonesia Natural Rubber Project

Since the 21 th century,"Go Out" strategies have been involving into China's national strategies.During this period,Chinese companies have been taking full advantage of "two kinds of markets,two kinds of resources" both belonged to China and world,investing abroad using various forms,transferring domestic excess capacity and deepening cooperation with foreign resources.Besides promoting the development of "One Belt And One Road" strategy indirectly,Chinese companies have been enlarged scope of business,achieved more resources and market shares.Natural rubber is one kind of important industrial raw materials,and it is of strategic significance to development.But in China,rubber supply falls short of demand heavily because of domestic plantation areas insufficiently,the raw materials are relied mainly on imports.G company,focusing on investment in industry,is owed by Tsingtao municipal government.Ever since being founded,G company has invested in industrial areas such as chemistry and metal successfully,playing a positive role in local manufacturing development.For the sake of obtaining greater open space and building a international platform,G company has planned to invest in natural rubber in Indonesia so as to cover the shortage of domestic raw materials by using the natural rubber resource located in the local.In order to analyze the benefit and risk of this project,and make the investment plan,G company must conduct feasibility study for it.Combining the context of this project with feasibility analysis theory and the models of strategy analysis such as Pest,"five powers" and SWOT,this study has proven the feasibility of this project by analyzing it integrally about external environment,strengths and weaknesses of G company,opportunities and threats from outside.It has forecast the tendency of price and market about natural rubber in future through market survey about China,Indonesia and world.The technical proposal of this project has been proved to be feasible after studying the construction scheme,technological process of production,raw and auxiliary materials,equipments and assistance utilities.In the meantime,it has been confirmed to be profitable from the economic point of view by analyzing the investment budget and evaluating the future profits.Then the risks of project have been under control after risk analysis item by item.Above all,the entire project has been proved to be feasible.This study has provided the strategies to promote this project and the risk control measures to policymakers for decision.In the meanwhile,this study has enriched the connotation of feasibility research,and provided the reference to other Chinese enterprises which have the plan to invest abroad.
