Study On The Interactive Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based On Five Development Concept

Five development concepts are the guiding principles for China's development during the“13th Five-Year Plan” and even longer period.They are the important concepts that China's economic and social development must adhere to for a long time.They are the important aspects of measuring the comprehensive development level of the region,and they are also the "baton" and " traffic lights" to promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Promoting the collaboration and integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the great practice for implementing the five development concepts.Starting with the implementation of the five development concepts in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper studies the interactive development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.By doing this research,not only can we realize the implementation of the five development concepts of the cities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,but also provide policy recommendations to improve the overall strength of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,promote the coordinated development and integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and achieve a comprehensive development of higher level and higher quality in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the five development concepts,this paper studies the interactive development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in 2016.First of all,this paper uses descriptive statistics to elaborate the development status of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in terms of basic conditions,innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and sharing.Secondly,the entropy analysis method is used to evaluate the development status of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region based on the five development concepts.The evaluation scores and rankings of the five development concepts of cities Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as well as their comprehensive development are obtained.Then,using the gravity model analyzes the spatial relationship among the cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from the perspective of the five development concepts.The following conclusions have been reached: The core positions of Beijing and Tianjin are prominent,and their degrees of economic ties membership are high.The differences in attraction between cities and cities are large,and the level of foreign relations is unbalanced.Each city's economic ties membership degree is related to its adjacent area and points to the two central cities Beijing and Tianjin.Finally,the potential model is used to analyze the development potential of cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei based on the five development concepts.It is concluded that the development potential coefficients of cities inBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei are related to the traffic conditions in the city.The more convenient the city's traffic is,the greater its potential for development is,and vice versa.At the same time,this paper proposes relevant suggestions for the interactive development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the perspective of the five development concepts.
