Z Bank is the bank with the highest internationalization and diversification in China.It mainly operates commercial banking businesses and has been established for over 100 years.It is one of the oldest banks in China.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the reform of China's financial system and increasingly fierce competition in the same industry,Z Bank is also faced with severe challenges such as technological innovation,product upgrades,and service-oriented outlets to marketing outlets.Commercial banks have the characteristics of tight integration of services and marketing.Services are the foundation and driving force of marketing.Marketing is the purpose of services as well as the competitiveness of commercial banks.Z Bank also combines service and marketing to create a corporate culture and its main operating methods.Z Bank JN Branch(hereinafter referred to as "JN Branch"is Z Bank's newly established secondary branch in Guangxi Region.In order to quickly adapt to market competitiveness and effectively seize market share,JN Branch has a more effective team performance for subordinate business outlets.Strict requirements.In the service and marketing process of JN branch branches,employees with good self-management and excellent autonomy and cooperation behavior have better service awareness and marketing behavior,and they can also improve the effectiveness of outlet team.That is to say,JN branches pay special attention to the nurturing of organizational citizenship behavior of employees at outlets in the process of improving the effectiveness of network teams.Therefore,research on the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior fostering and team effectiveness in JN branch branches provides a strategy for fostering organizational citizenship behavior and improving the team effectiveness of JN branches,which becomes the important purpose and significance of this study.This paper uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the organizational citizenship behavior,team effectiveness,and human resource practices at the JN branch outlets.The SPSS statistical software is used to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire,and the JN branch outlets' organizational citizenship behavior is divided into self-level and group-based.At the level and organizational levels,the impact of the three levels and the team effectiveness of the JN branch network are analyzed.At the same time,the mediation variables of JN branch network human resource practices were introduced to analyze the impact of mediation variables on the organizational citizenship behavior and team effectiveness of JN branch outlets,and then the methods for fostering organizational citizenship behavior at JN branch outlets were summarized,and the effectiveness of team performance was improved.Countermeasures.Through the analysis and regression analysis of the organizational citizenship behavior,team effectiveness,and human resource practices of JN branch branches,a scientific strategy for nurturing the organizational effectiveness of organizational citizenship behaviors and improving the effectiveness of the network is proposed for JN branches.Combining the characteristics of the Z banking industry and the company characteristics of the JN branch,the study of the organizational citizenship behavior,team effectiveness,and human resource practices of the JN branch outlets reflects the characteristics of this article.It hopes to market outlets of other secondary branches and other commercial banks.The team's effectiveness in improving team effectiveness has contributed.
