In this paper,first of all,the development status of Electronic commerce and Che mical Electronic commerce in China was analyzed.Secondly,theoretical knowledge of Model Electronic commerce and its analysis methods were introduced.Thirdly,charac teristics of Company M were discussed.Moreover,the SWOT analysis method was ad opted to analyze Business Model of Company M.Fourthly,Business Model Canvas(Key Partners,Key Activities,Key Resources,Value Propositions,Customer Relationshi ps,Channels,Customer Segments,Cost Structure,Revenue Streams)was used to make an in-depth analysis and a case study on the chemical compound encyclopedia data + co mpound trading of Company M and its supply chain as the Development Model chem ical Electronic commerce mode.Analysis results showed that 9 components of Compa ny M's Chemical chemical Electronic commerce mode are key factors for its success.Lastly,this research also pointed out limitations of Company M's chemical Electronic commerce mode,For M company in the future development of chemical ecommerce,how to transform their current predicament,expand new business,perfecting the big d ata in terms of deployment,increase customer stickiness,solve the problems such as 1 ack of technical personnel,and put forward some constructive ideas and suggestions.Meanwhile,useful lessons and reference were also provided for the development of In dustry Electronic commerce and other companies.
