As the concept of human resource management began to rise in the management of hotel enterprises in Laos,the research of employees' active organizational behavior has aroused the attention of scholars and hotel managers.The organizational fairness is more and more deep into the staffs heart,and the organizational justice is the key to the fair management of the hotel management.The organizational justice is related to the distribution of resources,the incentive of employees and the positive behavior of the employees and so on.Organizational citizenship behavior is a positive action that will have a beneficial impact on the competitiveness and organizational effectiveness of an organization.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior based on the background of Laos hotel enterprises to enrich the theory and practice of human resource management in Laos hotel.In the context of Laos cultural background,this study studies the relationship between organizational fairness and civic behavior of hotel employees,and introduces job satisfaction as an intermediary variable to explore the internal impact mechanism.The focus of the study will be to explore the relationship between organizational justice and all dimensions,organizational citizenship behavior and all dimensions,and the influence of job satisfaction.In this paper,we get the sample data of Laotian hotel employees through questionnaires,and use SPSS21.0 and Amos17.0 to analyze the sample data.The results show that:(1)the organizational fairness of Laos employees and their various dimensions have a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior;(2)the organizational fairness of the employees in Laos and their dimensions have a positive impact on job satisfaction;(3)job satisfaction has a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior,job satisfaction has a positive effect on corporate identity,altruistic behavior,dedication,and protection of company resources,four Dimensionality has a positive effect;(4)job satisfaction plays a partial mediating role.The research results provide new enlightenment to the management of Laos hotel enterprises,such as establishing modern enterprise management system,performance evaluation and salary distribution system,building a fair atmosphere through the construction of enterprise culture,building organizational equity to promote employee citizenship behavior. |
