The current real economy continues to be sluggish,and the benefits of small and medium-sized enterprises have fallen and the business is difficult.Microfinance companies have gone through the peak period of blowout development in the past few years,and with the downlink of the macro economy,the companies have entered a period of consolidation.The market positioning of microfinance companies is not clear,the lack of marketing obsolete,product innovation,risk control system is not perfect and so their problems,of course,also have congenital weakness,industry status of macroeconomic environment deterioration,the business of commercial banks into the net loan,and P2P model of microfinance business model impact the external adverse factors,resulting in the microfinance industry is stagnant,the microfinance industry faces major challenges of development.The economic environment is severe,throughout the Nanning J microfinance company(hereinafter referred to as "J company"),business is seriously down,bad debt rate is high,economic benefit continued to decline,J company urgently needs to solve the problems existing in the development of life,we must re-examine the development process has gone through,timely adjust business strategy,actively change the business model,improve risk management,strengthen internal control,to explore a road of sustainable development.This paper takes the sustainable development of Nanning J microfinance company as the research object.First,it expounds the connotation and characteristics of microfinance business and microfinance company,and analyzes the theory of "law of large numbers" and the theory of sustainable development,so as to provide theoretical basis for further analysis and solving problems.Then a comprehensive analysis of the development status,existing problems and reasons of J company.Then,on the basis of in-depth analysis of J company,the factors that affect the sustainable development of microfinance companies are summarized and analyzed,mainly including business environment factors and internal business factors.Finally,com,bined with the operation environment and operation situation of J company,specific countermeasures for solving the problem of sustainable development of the J company are put forward.
