Research On Evaluation Of The Belt And Road Initiative's Eurasian Projects' Accommodation Of Fund

Accommodation of Fund is an important basis and support for the Belt and Road Initiative.However,the projects have huge financing gaps and involve many countries,which cause lots of problems that are difficult to solve by one nation or enterprise.So it is necessary to study the financing problems from the perspective of regional cooperation Based on this,this paper constructs the evaluation system of Accommodation of Fund to assess the current the Belt and Road Initiative project financing situation.Then try to find the problems and put forward some corresponding countermeasures through the analysis and evaluation of the Belt and Road Initiative project financing situation.The research idea of this paper is:First,sort out the existing research of the Belt and Road Initiative's accommodation of Fund,and optimize the most authoritative and scientific evaluation system which is selected.Then evaluate the current status of the Belt and Road Initiative's accommodation of Fund in 2017 using the optimized system.Next,find problems.Finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The assessment results show that:(1)In terms of regions,East Asia and Southeast Asia are the highest regions,followed by Central Asia,South Asia and West Asia.Africa and Eastern Europe get the lower scores.(2)Considering the scoring rate of the indicators,the higher two are "Participation of the Asian Investment Bank" and"Renminbi cross-border payment system",which exceeds 50%;followed by"financial supervision","bilateral exchange of local currency","China's overseas banks""Distribution" and "Banking are mutually exclusive";the lowest one is "risk hedging",only 10%.This shows that there is still a long way of Accommodation of Fund.(3)Longitudinal comparison:The scoring rates of most of the indicators in 2017 have increased compared to 2016,which shows that China's Accommodation of Fund along with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative has gradually increased.On this basis,this paper puts forward five problems,including a huge project financing gap and the unreasonable financing structure;quite different levels of different regions' economic development;the level of financial cooperation is simple and single;the protecting policy of the innovation approach is not perfect;risk hedging and control mechanisms is inadequate.In view of the above,the following countermeasures and suggestions are discovered.Broaden the sources of funds and encourage the equity financing and bond financing;strengthen the construction of the country assessment mechanism and the observation and understanding of the weak areas;strengthen the depth of financial cooperation and coordinate the common development of the development of financial and commercial finance;strengthen risk control and improve insurance mechanisms.Application significance of this article lies in the fact that it has reference value for supporting the Belt and Road Initiative and Accommodation of Fund,also has important theoretical and reference value for financial support for regional economy.It is conducive to strengthen cooperation and Exchanges between China and other countries along the line and Eurasia,increase China's overall national strength,establish the image of a responsible country,and safeguard our country's national interests.
