Research On The Construction Of Real Estate Company's Financial Sharing Service Center

With the adjustment of China's macroeconomic policies,the development of real estate companies is strictly controlled,and a new model is needed for adjustments and changes.The financial sharing center is an innovative management model that has emerged as the times require.The financial sharing center is mainly used in large-scale transnational corporations or real estate companies.This model has been proved in practice to strengthen corporate governance,reduce costs,and increase efficiency.It has been widely used in foreign companies.More widely used in the enterprise.The time for introducing this model in our country is relatively short,and the construction of the financial sharing service center is still relatively backward compared with the western countries.Based on the case analysis method and the literature research method,this article combines the actual situation of H Group and studies the company's financial sharing center from theory to practice.Through the analysis of relevant literature and theories of financial sharing centers at home and abroad,the development history of corporate financial sharing centers has been sorted out.The functions,strategic positioning selection,feasibility assessment,framework design construction process and implementation and evaluation of financial sharing centers have been carried out.Systematic analysis and detailed research on the service objects,organizational structure,work flow,and information systems of H Group Financial Sharing Center.Finally,it analyzed the advantages of H Group Financial Sharing Center and proposed the establishment of financial sharing centers for other companies in the same industry.The proposal not only has certain guiding significance for the future management of H Group,but also has certain reference significance for other enterprise groups that will soon carry out financial sharing centers.
