| In the increasingly fierce market competition,more companies are aware of the importance of internal control.Effective internal control can help the company remain undefeated in the fierce competition.China's research on internal control started late,and it has some same opinions with Western research in this field.With the deepening of reform and opening,China's research on internal control has also come into its own and more and more experts and scholars have gone deep into it.However,at present,China's internal control system has only a principled framework and guidelines.There are no detailed internal control documents,and internal control is not the same for different environments and different companies.Therefore,research on the internal control of a particular company is necessary.The research object,SP company,is a star company rising rapidly in recent years.This company has a high reputation in the furniture customization industry.With the success of its IPO in the first half of 2017,the company's scale continues to expand.SP company's stores spread all over the country,and it also has XJ online marketing,forming a great pattern of online and offline interaction.However,in the process of rapid expansion of SP company,the shortage of internal control of its sales business has become more apparent.This shortage has restricted SP company's realization of its great ideal of “fulfill your home dream together with me”.This article thoroughly studied the internal control problems of SP company's sales business.Starting with the company's problems in the sales process,combined with the internal control related theories,I hope to find the cause of this company's sales business problems from the perspective of internal control,and find a solution to the problems.In addition,while helping SP company,I hope to give some inspiration to other companies that have encountered the same problems.This article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background and the significance of the research.Through the in-depth reading and analysis of the related literature,the research content and research ideas of this paper are proposed.The second part is the case description.This part briefly introduces the SP company and describes the SP company sales business profile.Based on that,it points out the SP company's sales business problem through three cases.The third part is the case study.This part elaborates the concept and elements of internal control and the objectives of the internal control of the sales business.Then pointed out the problems and causes of the internal control of the SP company's sales business.The fourth part is suggestions,aiming at the problems and causes of SP company's sales business,prescribe the right medicine,and give solutions to the problems.The fifth part is the conclusion. |
