The rapid development of economy makes the situation more complex,it also brings new challenges to the enterprise,the purpose of enterprise management is to realize the business value,for the benefit of stakeholders,but the income is uncertain,this uncertainty can be understood as the risk,in 2017 the latest release of the COSO report was redefined.To the risk,that risk is the probability of the occurrence of an event and achieve strategic and business objectives.According to the positive impact of this definition we can see that the risk has been more and more recognized,in the actual work in the enterprise is no longer confined to the negative part of enterprise to talent shows itself in the fierce competition,it is necessary to risk management,in the full combination of risk oriented concept,strengthen the risk oriented internal audit value that will be the implementation of risk oriented internal audit in enterprise risk management,corporate governance and other aspects.IIA has been revising the concept of internal audit since 1947,which is sufficient to see the international importance of risk oriented internal audit.In the rapid development of the economic environment,it is possible to grasp the risk is to grasp the development of the opportunity.Our late study and Application on risk oriented internal audit,is currently in the preliminary stage of development,the definition of risk oriented internal audit and related theory has no uniform conclusion,although the proper combination of domestic and foreign scholars in the study,and constantly improve the specific theory of the formation of our country,but in the practical application risk oriented internal audit,there will be some problems.This paper analyzes and evaluates the internal audit of SM group by combining theory and case with the research of risk oriented internal audit theory both at home and abroad.First,it introduces the basic concept and development process of internal audit,and then leads to internal audit in risk oriented stage,and elaborates the theoretical basis of risk oriented internal audit.Secondly,the specific case is analyzed.Taking SM group as an example,this paper introduces the basic situation of SM group and the implementation status of risk oriented internal audit,and analyzes the main risk points of SM group's real estate industry.Finally,the problems existing in the application process of SM group risk oriented internal audit are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward,hoping to provide meaningful reference for the development of enterprises.
