It is precisely because the Internet has captured the "long tail" of the market and focused on serving the public that the Internet opens up a new blueprint.Blockchain is born out of bitcoin,as it matures,and there is a chance that it will revolutionize the world financial landscape today.As the basic technology supporting the development of bitcoin,blockchain technology is generally regarded as one of the basic protocols for the next generation of global credit certification and value internet.It has drawn more attention from all walks of life and can be viewed as today's “online celebrity”.As the underlying mechanism of bitcoin,blockchain is a transactional book with no center,no trust,and multipoint copy.It is very different from the centralization of the modern financial system that requires the existence of a trust relationship between the parties to the transaction,which is why many people are encouraged.In the Internet era,people are more concerned about how to get a convenient,transparent and efficient life.There is a trend with no third party and centralization.Although the Internet itself is a decentralized system,the Internet can't solve the information ownership problems it carries.However,the blockchain can fill this gap well.We need to hear about changes,so we are discussing and doing research about the blockchain and believe it has great potential in reshaping the capital markets architecture and financial services environment.The blockchain technology is still in early stages of growth and hasn't been used widely.People are not well aware of it and its application in the international settlement in China.Based on the comparison between the traditional international settlement and that under the blockchain,this article starts with the Basic knowledge of the chain of blockchain and international settlement.Putting forward solutions and the suggestions of the application of blockchain in the field of international settlement based on the actual application such as service platform and project case to promote the development of international settlements under the blockchain and boost the development of the “One Belt and One Road”.
