In the context of the development of transnational regional cooperation,the development of a country's peripheral countries is of great significance to the development of the country.The five central Asian countries and China are geographically adjacent to each other,and their economic and trade relations are constantly intersecting with each other.The central Asian region,as the core area under the initiative of the silk road economic belt,is of great importance to China's development.In this context,a comparative study on the pension insurance system of the five central Asian countries is proposed.First,the development course of the pension insurance of the five central Asian countries is sorted out.Then,from the institutional framework,the financing way,fund management and payment system four aspects to the five central Asian countries makes a comprehensive comparison between the endowment insurance system,found the five central Asian countries are different in the construction of endowment insurance related aspects of system selection,system difference degree.And based on this,from the economic,demographic,political and historical factors,explore the five central Asian countries,with a common historical background in the endowment insurance system construction of why presents such a big difference.Finally,the paper puts forward five central Asian countries endowment insurance system construction to give enlightenment to the construction of endowment insurance system in China,looking in the "silk road economic belt" construction background,China and the five central Asian countries to step by step in the process of pursuing regional cooperation and development of the endowment insurance rights and interests of transferring from country to country,to promote the free flow of factors of area labor force,to further promote the common development of the five central Asian countries and China.
