Supply chain finance has been developing rapidly in China.More and more commercial banks have launched supply chain financial services.Mainly:includes:receivable mode,inventories pledged mode,prepaid receivables mode.The most widely used accounts receivable mode has broad market prospect.This paper will take account receivable mode as the research object in the perspective of commercial banks,Focus on its income distribution.It can solving SMEs financing problem,broadening banks customers,meeting the core interests of enterprises,realizing tripartite win.First,this paper introduces the bank's accounts receivable mode,and distribution of the interests of all parties.Then optimization scheme is designed.This paper constructs a game model of accounts receivable,based on three parties:the commercial bank,core enterprise and SMEs.Through the game between two parties,we can get three party independent benefit values.Use model assumes the two party cooperation benefit value,three party cooperation benefit value are obtained.Then the seven benefit value is used in the Shapley value method.A reasonable allocation among three participants is gated.Finally,the cloud center of gravity method is used to correct the defects of the Shapley value method.The more reasonable income distribution is what we need.The main conclusion of this paper is through the reasonable income distribution achieving three win-wins.For SMEs,it can get a lower price of financing,for commercial banks,reasonable profit can expand the customer groups,getting scope income.For core enterprises,the guarantee risk can be reduced.A sustained and healthy development of the entire supply chain is achieved.
