Supply chain finance business is a business that commercial bank specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises of supply chain to provide a new financing model. The financing model effectively solves the problem of the small and medium-sized enterprise fund shortage, and widen the small and medium-sized enterprise customer base of commercial banks, improve the profit space, at the same time, it also promots the development of the third party logistics enterprise. Although the supply chain finance have improved the profitability of commercial banks, it also makes the commercial bank face the risk of more complex, the main risks which banks face is credit risk, if the credit risk happened, banks would suffer economic loss, even they will collapse. Therefore, it is necessary to research the supply chain finance credit risk of our country commercial bank systematically.Under the supply chain financial accounts receivable pledge financing mode as an example, standing in the perspective of commercial banks to measure and evaluate credit risk of small and medium-sized enterprises. First of all, according to the process of pledge of accounts receivable financing model to analysis factors affect the credit risk, and then combine the characteristics of the financing mode with the original literature research to determine five dimensions of the credit risk index system, they are core enterprise conditions, small and medium-sized enterprises conditions, accounts receivable conditions, external environment conditions and whole supply chain conditions; secondly, after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the Logistic regression model and the KMV model we can know that the advantages of the two models can compensate for each other mode, so build the KMV-Logistic model and for getting a credit risk assessment model which is better than the current Logistic model; at last, it uses the Logistic regression model and the KMV-Logistic model respectively to make an empirical analysis of the 100 listed small and medium-sized enterprises, and it is concluded that the accuracy of the KMV-Logistic model is higher by comparing with the empirical results. When studying supply chain financial credit risk, it makes theory contact practice and combine quantitative research and qualitative research. In order to achieve the objective and effective evaluation results, it also use the literature material law, normative research, empirical research and so on.
