The Research On Financial Support Of Poverty Alleviation And Relocation In Hunan

Poverty has become a disadvantageous factor that hinders China's economic growth and the improvement of people's living standars.Poverty alleviation and relocation in China is a major measure for China to get rid of poverty so that the ecosystem,economics and the immigrants could get the sustainable development.Above all,financial poverty alleviation refers to the dynamic adjustment process of material(including income,housing,etc.)that increases the quantity and quality of financial supply in poor regions by various means to meet local financial demand aspirations,thereby stimulates local residents' income growth,and makes them firstly get out of poverty.Won three is based on the Hunan province to move analysis found that the problems in the financial support for poverty alleviation won in Hunan province to move for poverty alleviation financial supply mechanism,the structure of supply and demand and supply model there is a big problem,also needs the government to adjust in order to meet the change of poverty alleviation through financial policy move financial needs.Based on the study of the theory of population migration,rural finance theory(including the agricultural credit subsidy theory,rural financial market theory,and incomplete market theory),combined with the process of poverty alleviation and relocation in Hunan Province,This article analysises of the financial demand and financial supply of relocation of poverty alleviation in Hunan Province.It turns out that Hunan's poverty alleviation and relocation financial support has the problems that the financial supply cannot satisfy the demand,the financial structures of supply and demand do not match,and the financial policy system is incomplete.At last,Hunan Province has proposed several different strategies to promote poverty alleviation in Hunan Province.The strategies include optimizing the financial development and ecological environment in the relocation area of poverty alleviation,forming a full-range financial supply system,encouraging innovation in financial poverty alleviation model,improving the financial anti-poverty market mechanism and improving the development of agricultural insurance.Based on the current situation and problems of poverty alleviation and relocation financial support in Hunan Province,the paper draws the following conclusions:Firstly,through analyzing the financial needs of poverty alleviation and relocation inHunan province we found that,the financial needs of poverty alleviation and relocation in Hunan province is mainly composed by public goods,farmers,small and medium-sized enterprises.The farmers,financial demand can be divided into tradable demand,demand for credit and the value demand;At present,the farmers' credit demand and the value demand are continuously growing.Since the financial needs of poverty alleviation and relocation in Hunan Province have the characteristics of large amount of credit,high credit cost and diversification of credit demand,it requires the government to adjust the financial policies and the financial institutions to adjust their own supply direction.Secondly,through the analysis of financial supply of poverty alleviation and relocation in Hunan province,we found that it has formed a complete financial supply system for policy banks,commercial banks and small rural financial institutions,securities and fund companies,insurance agencies and the new type of rural financial institutions.The financial supply is not only aimed at satisfying the financial demands of poverty alleviation and relocation but also for the sustainable development of financial institutions.Third,through the analysis of financial needs of poverty alleviation and relocation in Hunan province,it is found that the government should change the policies to adjust the financial needs,due to the major problems in the financial supply mechanism,the structure of supply and demand and supply model of poverty alleviation and relocation in Hunan Province.The innovations of this article are mainly included:First,there is a lack of research on the combination of poverty alleviation relocation and finance in China.This paper further explores the financial poverty alleviation system and deepens the concept of financial poverty alleviation and relocation of poverty alleviation.What's more,the relocated residents' financial demand for poverty alleviation have been divided into tradable demand,the value demand and the demand for credit,and the change of poverty alleviation and relocation financial requirements has been described as a dynamic development process,which provides a theoretical basis for the future evaluation of financial benefit support.
