Research On The Development Mode Of E-Commerce Agglomeration Area

As an important part of modern service industry,E-commerce industry fully guide and promote the depth integration development of the real economy and the network economy;As a new form of modern industry agglomeration,E-commerce agglomeration area has set off an upsurge of electric business development in the whole country,and has gradually become an important force to promote the development of regional e-commerce industry.However,due to the development of most of China's e-commerce agglomeration area is not mature enough,still remain in the initial stage,and the e-commerce agglomeration area development model is less,The existing model is not fully applicable to each city e-commerce agglomeration area construction and development.Therefore,build different e-commerce agglomeration area development model for different regions is the key to building e-commerce agglomeration area,but also the key link to promote the development of e-commerce industry.First of all,Based on the relevant theories of e-commerce cluster,this paper takes the E-commerce agglomeration area development model as the research object,based on the relevant research at home and abroad,from the location condition,electricity supplier infrastructure,electricity business service,service environment,Innovation resources and other aspects of a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the factors affecting the development of e-commerce cluster.Second,analysis of the United States Seattle,Tokyo,Beijing,Shanghai,Hangzhou,Shenzhen,Ningbo and other cities at home and abroad typical e-commerce development zone in depth,Summarizes the four existing e-commerce agglomeration area development model and advanced development experience.defined and commented the concept,characteristics and the implementation conditions and applicability of e-commerce industrial park,third-party platform,industry website type and leading enterprise-oriented e-commerce agglomeration.On this basis,combined with the needs and development trend of the development of e-commerce agglomeration area in today's society,this paper constructs two new e-commerce agglomeration area development modes:electric business incubator and community electricity provider.Then,taking the e-commerce agglomeration area of Shenyang Hunnan District as an example,this paper,based on the factors influencing the development of e-commerce agglomeration area,Evaluation index system of agglomeration area development model.The weight of each evaluation index is determined by the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method,According to the obtained evaluation data,six kinds of e-commerce agglomeration area development model were evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,According to the results of the selection of the best selection of the most suitable for the development of Shenyang Hunnan District,e-commerce agglomeration area model.At last,based on the evaluation results and the development of e-commerce agglomeration area in Hunnan District of Shenyang,The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the e-commerce information infrastructure,the construction of logistics facilities,optimize the environment of e-commerce policies and regulations,perfect the supporting system of e-commerce service,strengthen the hypothesis of e-commerce incubator system,strengthen the application of e-commerce and e-commerce talents.
