Research Of Maturity Evaluation System Of Urban Smart Water Construction

In recent years,the contradiction between population and resources and environment in our country has become increasingly prominent.The process of modernization and informatization is far from complete.In particular,most regions are facing serious problems of water shortage,water pollution and urban water logging.The more serious,restricting the social and economic development.In order to solve these problems,under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of a smart city,the concept of "smart water" has been put forward one after another.Smart Water refers to the real-time perception of the running status of urban water systems by means of information collection and wireless sensing to form a "City Water Internet of Things," thereby breaking the clogging of information among various departments and building an efficient and comprehensive water intelligence Management platform.China has invested a great deal of manpower and material resources in the construction of intellectual waterworks.How can we ensure that the input-output ratio is maximized,and how to make the builders more focused on construction rather than beardless eyebrows?At present there is no intuitive and accurate theory in accordance with.Therefore,the core goal of the smart water construction based on the establishment of smart water construction maturity evaluation index system,to evaluate the construction of the smart water,in order to provide reference for policy makers in planning and construction to adjust the direction of development,so that the smart water conservancy construction targeted.This article from the macro environment of social and economic development as well as the essence of wisdom water construction analysis of the premise and the core objective of smart water construction,and as a guide to build smart water construction maturity evaluation index system,based on the maturity model and the fuzzy evaluation method on the construction of smart water construction maturity evaluation model,and the wisdom Shenyang city water construction maturity was evaluated.The main results are as follows:Through theoretical analysis and actual construction of smart water construction,the initial establishment of the wisdom of the water evaluation index list of suggestions from the industrial economy,network infrastructure,security system,operation system and intelligence services,and optimize the indicators,and ultimately determine a scientific and reasonable index system,including 5 first level indicators,13 two level indicators and 36 three level indicators.The maturity model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on evaluation model,and the model of maturity level and grade interval division,is divided into five grades to upgrade the initial level,smart start level,development level of smart,smart mature level,and maturity level of smart.The evaluation model is applied to the construction of smart water in Shenyang,and the maturity of the intelligent water construction in Shenyang is evaluated:Shenyang City,the smart of the water has reached the level of intellectual development ranks,but the construction of talent team construction,maintenance funds,water supply and drainage system of the smart still restricts the construction and development of the smart water in Shenyang City.Through the analysis on the evaluation results and combined with the present situation of the construction of the smart water,the smart water in the building construction proposal should increase the input of funds for research and development,the establishment of special maintenance funds;training plan of professional personnel,to ensure stable operation and accurate measurement data of the system;but also pay attention to the construction of the smart water meter,smart water tank and other infrastructure,security the stable development of smart water construction.
