Research On The Construction Of Characteristic Think Tank Oriented To The Belt And Road

As an important intellectual support in the implementation of the Belt and Road,the Belt and Road think-tank has been recognized at the national level for its achievements in the study of the academic theory and practice of the Belt and Road and has been a crucial role in international cooperation,government strategic decision-making and in the process of enterprises "going out".At present,in the process of carrying out the Belt and Road,the think-tank has promoted the development and implementation of domestic and foreign cooperation projects,some of which have achieved remarkable results.However,many think-tanks serving the Belt and Road still have a shortage of talents and research ability,lack of supporting information resources,decision results service mode single and the influence of decision achievement is limited need to be improved.In recent years,various think tanks have paid more and more attention to the research on BRI,but ignored the study the construction of the think-tank itself.Based on the construction of a characteristic think-tank serving BRI,this study explores the national strategic needs and the realistic needs of Chinese enterprises "going out",analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the Belt and Road excellent think-tank through field investigation and network investigation,defines the connotation,concept and orientation of the construction of the new type of characteristic think-tank for the service of the Belt and Road from the point of view of the actual demand.This paper puts forward a new type of characteristic think-tank construction path,organization form and resources for the Belt and Road service,train of thought and service mode and means of new characteristic think-tank.Put forward the conceptof collaborative innovation and data-driven think-tank construction,it is of theoretical significance for our country's think-tank to realize the transformation of think-tank and to build the characteristic think-tank.On the basis of the concept of data-driven intelligent and characteristic think-tank,this study uses big data technology to construct a data support framework for the decision-making service of the Belt and Road and makes full use of data mining,artificial intelligence and other technologies to assist in scientific decision-making,and use variety of channels of communication in results visualizing for government users and enterprise users in order to improve the deficiency of traditional think-tank and BRI think-tank construction.It is of practical significance for future think-tank construction.
