In recent years, the damage of environment and ecosystem caused by agricultural production has become increasingly severe, which has become a powerful resistance to the transformation of agricultural growth mode.Agricultural green total factor productivity(GTFP)takes environmental factors into the framework of agricultural total factor productivity(TFP),representing the coordinated development of ecological environment and economic performance, exploring its growth path is crucial. At the same time, more and more agricultural products have participated in international trade since China joined the WTO,nowadays, the import and export volume of China's agricultural products both rank in the forefront of the world, and the international trade deficit of agricultural products has gradually become a "new normal".As one of the first industries to use foreign capital in China, agricultural foreign direct investment(FDI)is also growing and growing in China.Agricultural FDI and foreign trade are considered to be important ways of international agricultural technology spillovers, but it may also aggravate environmental pollution in the expansion of production and create a “crowding-out effect” of the market. In this article, therefore, under the background of the continuous expansion of the agricultural FDI scale, the continuous expansion of foreign trade and the continuing deficit situation, this paper explored whether they can help promote the promotion of agricultural GTFP,it is of great practical significance to rationally introduce foreign capital, optimize the trade structure, and promote the green transformation in the agricultural sector. This paper considers unintended outputs such as pesticides, plastic sheeting, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and COD,and uses GML index to calculate provincial agricultural GTFP in 2004-2015 years' sample interval. The results show that the green transformation of China's agriculture is dominated by technology, and environmental pollution has become an important bottleneck restricting the transformation of China's agricultural growth pattern. On this basis, the function mechanism of agricultural FDI,foreign trade(export and import)on agricultural GTFP is deeply analyzed. The econometric model based on an extended production function model is constructed and the influence of agricultural FDI,exports, imports and their interaction on agricultural GTFP and their regional differences are empirically tested by differential GMM method. The results show that in the sample interval, the agricultural FDI and export have a direct negative impact on agricultural GTFP,but the interaction of agricultural FDI and foreign tra de has a positive effect on agricultural GTFP.In the eastern coastal area of the sample, the FDI and foreign trade can directly promote the improvement of agricultural GTFP,but there is no positive interaction between them.In the inland areas of the central and western regions, the direct effect of agricultural FDI and import on agricultural GTFP is not significant, exports curb the green transformation of agriculture, but the benign interaction between agricultural FDI and foreign trade can promote the green transformation of agriculture. At last,we put forward the corresponding policy suggestions on how to make agricultural openness better improve agricultural GTFP and realize the coordinated development of agricultural openness, agricultural production and ecological efficiency.
