The harmonious relationship between labor and capital is the important foundation and concrete embodiment of social harmony.The adjustment of labor relations is an important part of the social management work,which is directly related to the development of the enterprise and social stability.In a sense,it plays an important role in promoting the health and sustainable development of the economy and society.In the period of accelerating economic transformation,many ownership structures have brought profound changes in economic society,and labor relations tend to be diversified and complicated.Facing the new situation of the changing labor relations,how to further optimize the existing adjustment mode of labor relations,create a new coordination mechanism for labor relations and improve the efficiency of labor relations adjustment,is a problem to be solved.Shenzhen is the forefront of reform and opening up.It has made many pioneering explorations in the adjustment of labor relations.Baoan District is the earliest administrative area in Shenzhen,and it is also the first trial in the management of labor relations.It has accumulated a lot of experience and practice,and there are many problems that need to be solved.How to effectively improve the governance level of labor relations in Baoan District enterprises of Shenzhen has important practical significance for Baoan District's economic construction and social construction.Starting from the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper starts with the related concepts of labor relations coordination,based on the related theories of enterprise labor relations management,such as the traditional Chinese harmony theory,industrial democracy and economic democracy theory,modern property right theory and consultative democracy theory,taking Baoan District as the research object,combining the current situation,and deeply analyzes the management of labor relations in Baoan District.The present situation,from the social population structure and industrial structure,the government management mechanism,the enterprise internal communication mechanism,the grass-roots union construction and other aspects to analyze the difficulties and the existing main problems,and put forward the corresponding suggestions to optimize the management level of labor relations in Baoan District,mainly around the government departments,trade union organizations,enterprises themselves in coordinating the functional orientation of labor relations.As a result,the government as the third party "intervening" labor disputes,strengthening labor supervision and law enforcement,establishing the coordination mode of labor relations,establishing a dynamic management system of labor and capital,actively cultivating and standardizing civil organizations,strengthening the construction of community union organization,actively carrying out the direct election system of trade union leaders and establishing and perfecting the union socialization rights machine.Specific countermeasures and measures,establish enterprise labor association negotiation system has 9 aspects.
