Research On Outsourcing Risk Management Of S Elevator Company Customized Product

High quality and low cost are the requirements of the competition in the elevator industry.Companies in the industry increasingly use outsourcing to reduce costs and focus on their own core competencies,thereby enhancing their competitiveness.Based on market pressure and internal cost control,S elevator company trying to outsource the design and production of customized products to suppliers.How to outsource customized products and minimize the risk in the outsourcing process is a problem that S elevator company need to research now.The paper firstly combed out the relevant theories of outsourcing,and on this basis,described the problems and risks in the business outsourcing of S elevator company.Based on the characteristics of customized products and the processing flow,the brainstorm method was used to identify the risks that each link may face.According to two dimensions of the risk matrix: influence and probability,calculate the risk and importance ranking.Finally,reduce the risk according to supplier selection and develop corresponding solutions for each risk.This indicates that a reasonable and effective risk management method can reduce the risks in the outsourcing process and even completely avoid them,thus ensuring the overall quality of customized products outsourcing.
