Human resource service plays an irreplaceable role in aggregating talents for innovation and entrepreneurship,optimizing the talent development environment,realizing economic growth and promoting social stability.Talent is a magic weapon for the human resource service to participate in fierce market competition,and it is the power source for continuous innovation of product services.At present,the process of reforming state-owned human resource companies is still slow,and there are widespread "pain points" such as poor quality of staff severe homogeneity of products,low level of professionalization,and lack of innovation capability.The reason is that they have not enough energy to build internal talent team.It is difficult to adapt to the development and transformation needs of the human resource service in the new field.This research takes the state-owned human resource company-K company as an example to combine the development background of human resource service and staff professionalization trend at home and abroad,include industry status,human resource supply and demand,development trend.Learning and research to clarify the importance and urgency of the professionalization of the employees in the human resource service.Based on the specific case analysis of K company,use the core competence theory,competency theory and motivation theory,extracted the staff professionalization factors of K company.Make use of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build a staff professionalization model,analyze the main problems of current professionalization and what causes these problems,such as professional knowledge,professional skills and professional awareness.Therefore,on the basis of development background,we should search for a series of management strategies which can lead to better efficiency.All of the measures we are going to take for enhancing the staff professionalization and strengthening the competition ability of K company's.In addition,I wish this staff professionalization research of K company could be devoted to the practicality applicationof human resource service companies.It is also useful to another human resource companies in the future.
