Since the reform and opening up,China's economy develop rapidly,especially the development of state-owned enterprises.Thus,many companies received a significant market impact,changed the original state of the "iron rice bowl",joined in the tide of the international market.Meanwhile,the traditional management mode is creating and improving constantly,compared to the development of foreign companies and private companies,state-owned enterprises will become increasingly concerned about the issue of decide on which path to follow.With the historical trend of information age,the appearance of problems such as drain on state-owned enterprise assets,as well as the unceasing reform of state-owned enterprises,the problem of state-owned enterprise internal control is increasingly becoming a hot issue which is concerned by our country and society.Performance management,which is closely related to the vital interests of employees,has become increasingly important and has become a crucial factor affecting the development of enterprises.However,in the current environment of state-owned enterprises,performance management still has some defects and deficiencies which would restrict and hinder the development of enterprises.Therefore,the development of performance management in state-owned enterprises has become a necessary topic at the present stage.The study take the performance management of S state-owned enterprise as an example,used the research methods such as literature analysis,case analysis.On the basis of existing theoretical knowledge related to performance management,the study analyzed the current situation of performance management at S state-owned enterprise in detail and gave an improvement plan.Firstly,it put forward six problems in the performance management.Secondly,by analyzing,we believe that there are six reasons for the above six problems.Next,according to the above problems and reasons in this paper,the study put forward the detailed performance management improvement plan from six aspects:the misunderstanding of performance management,developing a detailed system performance plan,hierarchical monitoring,multi-angle performance evaluation,implementing of performance feedback,and combining performance evaluation results with employees'immediate interests.Finally,seven safeguard measures are put forward to guarantee the implementation of performance improvement plan.The study combined the theory of performance management with S state-owned enterprise performance management practice,took S state-owned enterprise as research object,carried out an in-depth case analysis.Finally,we put forward a corresponding improvement plan of performance management which has important significance to improve the performance of S state-owned enterprise.Furthermore,the study also enriched the research related to performance management.
