Research On Financing Program And Implementation Strategies Of Huahai Pharmaceutical Corporation

The biopharmaceutical industry is one of the most promising high-tech fields in this century.Its rapid development not only provides jobs for a large number of employees but also brings huge returns to investors.In recent years,our country attaches great importance to the development of biopharmaceutical industry,which enables Chinese biopharmaceutical companies maintain a good momentum of development.However,there still has a gap compared with western developed countries.Due to the peculiarities of the pharmaceutical industry,it takes more than a dozen years from R&D to mass production.During R&D period,enterprises will confront a complicated and volatile business environment and potential financial risks at any time.However,the biggest dilemmas are insufficient fund supplies;funds are not in place in time;and bottlenecks in financing activities,which are the reasons why the biopharmaceutical industry in China lags behind western developed countries.Stable financial support is a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises.When the company's own capital cannot meet the needs of its production and operation,the capital raised outside can create more value for the enterprise.Therefore,raising sufficient funds becomes the key to ensure the development of biopharmaceutical companies.How to define unequivocal capital needs,explore substantial financial structure,and expand financing channels are the major issues to be solved for biopharmaceutical companies to raise funds in the future.Research object of this dissertation is Zhejiang Huahai Pharmaceutical Corporation.From the analysis of the initial development stage of Huahai Pharmaceutical Corporation,and then analyze its operating status and financial situation.According to the analysis of financial capacity of biopharmaceutical industry and Huahai Pharmaceutical Corporation,financing situation of Huahai Pharmaceutical Corporation is provided.Based on the future capital demand of Huahai Pharmaceutical Corporation,the existing financing methods of Huahai Pharmaceutical Corporation are summed up,and then its future capital demand is reasonable assessed.After that,a synthetically consideration of capital cost of the formulation of funding strategies,financing risk and financing feasibility is made.Financing program designed for Huahai Pharmaceutical Corporation aims to develop a financing strategy with practical reference value.What's more,it will provide some guidance for financial management and financing decision in enterprises.Meanwhile,this dissertation is designed to increase the feasibility of financing activity in Huahai Pharmaceutical Corporation,and its research results not only have a certain reference meaning for perfecting the financing strategy of other biopharmaceutical enterprises,but also have realistic guiding significance for promoting the whole pharmaceutical industry to carry out financing activities smoothly.
