In recent years,orders of the equipment manufacturing industry from petrochemical industry,pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,metallurgical industry,coal chemical industry and other industries have gradually reduced by excess manufacturing capacity.At the same time,with the problem of environment pollution and energy depletion becoming more serious,energy saving and environmental protection industry,new energy industry and clean energy industry are facing new opportunities for development.Through many years’ technology accumulation and business development,A enterprise group formed a diversified development strategy,so it needs a lot of money.But affected by financial repression,institutional barriers and the downturn of Singapore stock market,the group’s alternative financing channels,financing models are not much,and the existing financing strategy does not match up with the needs of the future development also.This article analyzed A enterprise group’s financing problems and demands by introducing the writing background,significance,as well as the domestic and foreign financing theory,restructured its financing strategy in two business segments to help it solve the problems of financing by analyzing its history,strategy,finance and financing situation.The article also build up a guarantee system to ensure the implementation of the financing strategy.The article shows that the reconstruction of financing strategy needs to consider many aspects,such as environment,strategy,organizational structure,resources,business characteristics,financing environment and so on,the implementation of financing strategy needs supports and guarantees from organization,institution,software,hardware and so on,and the financing work needs to be gradually and orderly.The analysis of this article has a certain reference significance to solve other enterprises’ financing problems.
