Shared cycling as one of the outcome of Shared economy,because of its cheap rents,agile and convenient,and the advantages of green,quickly reached a climax in the country,has become an important vehicle "the last kilometer".Once a "great nation of bicycles" with the rapid development of bicycle sharing back to glory.This article embarks from the guests' perceptive value theory and satisfaction theory,combined with the induction of literature and Shared cycling characteristics,determine the product value,service value,green value and cost value four Shared cycling satisfaction evaluation index,and Shared cycling satisfaction evaluation system is established.According to the customer satisfaction factors and measurement,questionnaire design,put forward the research hypothesis,build the Shared cycling overall satisfaction with the product,service,between the green factor and cost factor model,USES the empirical study: sharing bike product value,service value,green value and satisfaction positively correlated relationship;The conclusion that there is a negative correlation between cost perception and satisfaction of sharing bicycle.Among them,product perceived value has the greatest influence on bike satisfaction.The main innovation of this paper is that,on the one hand,it further improves and designs the customer perceived value scale for the Shared bicycle,and constructs the customer perceived value dimension conforming to the Shared bicycle.Bike,on the other hand,further study of the sharing of customer perceived value in each dimension and the correlation between customer satisfaction and influence degree,to enrich the existing about Shared bicycle to the study of the theory of the relationship between perceived value and customer satisfaction.Finally,this paper summarizes according to the result of empirical study,to improve customer product,service,green perceived value,reduce the cost of customer perceived value,forward the related proposals on how to improve customer satisfaction,and expounds the research of this article and for future research are prospected.
