Study On Resilience Of Tourism Community Under Climate Change

Since the 1980s,the global climate change,viewed climate warning as the main symbol,has gradually drawn the attention of the international community.The global climate change has led to the frequent occurrences of meteorological disasters and extreme weather,which has a significant impact on the development of economy,society and ecology.Since the 21st century,foreign scholars in different fields and disciplines,have studied the conceptual system of resilience under natural disasters.They have evaluated in terms of agriculture,forestry,ecological environment,social economy etc.Compared with other countries,the research on resilience of climate change in China fell behind,which mainly focused on the review of the concept system of resilience of climate change in foreign countries and the resilience of social-ecological system.While few researches focused on climate change affects the resilience of tourism community.Therefore,it is great significant to enhance the capacity of coping with climate change and realizing the harmonious development of man-land relations for tourism communities by developing the research on resilience of tourism communities,expanding and deepening the application of theories and methods related to resilience of climate change in tourism communities.This study,led out the theoretical and methodological research onthe assessment of vulnerability and resilience of tourism communities,analyzes the related factors of vulnerability and resilience of tourism communities,draws on relevant models,establishes the research framework of resilience of tourism communities on the background of climate change,and constructs tourism community vulnerability assessment index system and resilience evaluation index system.On the study of Banliang Ancient Village in Chenzhou,it carrys out a comprehensive assessment of the vulnerability and resilience of tourism communities on the background of the climate change in the way of AHP,and through the model calculated Banliang ancient village tourism community resilience evaluation index.Based on the objective data of the tourist community in the Banliang Village in 2014-2017,it can be seen that the vulnerability index of the tourism community in the Banliang Village is on the rise and the current tourism community in the Banliang Village lies in a weak state.Based on the field research,the overall evaluation of the tourism community resilience is intermediate state,the the social resilience index was 0.873,which was rated high.The index of institutional resilience,economic resilience,and ecological resilience was:0.541,0.533,0.586,which was rated intermediate.Based on the conclusion,it provides technical references and corresponding strategies for improving the resilience of tourism communities in case sites and responding effectively to climate change.
