At present,the mode of operation of PPP project has been increasingly concerned by the state and society.However,the application and research of PPP mode in China is still at a preliminary stage of development.Government revenue is very important for the construction and improvement of our country's infrastructure,but our government departments are faced with great financial pressure.The introduction of the PPP model into the construction and operation of our country's infrastructure facilities can ease government financial pressure and effectively make up for government departments.Lack of resources,speed up the construction of infrastructure.PPP projects are different from general projects.Government departments and private companies need to establish long-term and close partnerships.Therefore,choosing a suitable private enterprise is one of the keys to the success of PPP projects.There are certain economic interests or political appeals in the government departments engaged in public infrastructure service projects,so they are influenced by their own appeals.When choosing PPP projects,the private enterprises often have a preference.This article studies how to select suitable PPP project private companies and establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship when considering the influence of government preferences.The specific contents include the following aspects:First,the background and significance of this study are clarified,and the importance of studying the influence of government preferences on the private enterprise selection of PPP projects is illustrated.Through the analysis of related literature,the domestic and foreign research status of private enterprise selection and government preference under the PPP model and PPP model are summarized.The key difficulties of the research are summed up.The research content and methods of the paper are given,and the technology researched by the paper is clarified.route.Secondly,it introduces the basic concepts and theories of the PPP model,gives the concept of government preference,and analyzes the influencing factors of government preference in the project.In the PPP project private enterprise optimization stage,the basic principle of the intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method was adopted to construct a PPP project private enterprise selection evaluation model based on individual preferences of government experts.In addition,on the basis of SPSS statistical software analysis,a PPP project private company selection evaluation model based on government index weight preference was established.Based on the specific steps of the two model solutions,the overall score ranking of each candidate private enterprise was calculated and used as a PPP project.Private companies choose to provide a reliable negotiation sequence during the negotiation phase.In addition to,according to the PPP project private company evaluation model established based on government preferences,the demand for evaluation indicators,around the government's investment preferences,risk preferences,identifies the first-level index set of private enterprises selected by the local government under the PPP model,and adopts literature.Research,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and mathematical statistics methods have met the target of private choice in the PPP model that is generally preferred by the general government.In addition,during the PPP project private enterprise selection negotiation stage,the core of the PPP project private company's the practicability of this study.
