Research On The Operational Mechanism Of The Land Shareholding Cooperatives In Underdeveloped Areas

To promote rural collective economic is the requirement of innovating the rural basic management system,is an important guarantee to enhance cohesion of rural organizations,and is important to build a moderately prosperous society.At present,the development of collective economic faces some highlight problems,such as narrow income channels,weak hematopoiesis function,insufficient potential,unbalanced development and weak strength.Especially it is not coordinate to the requirements of improving agricultural modernization and rural governance in underdeveloped areas.Underground this background,to deepen collective property rights reform and innovate the realization of rural collective economy is practical consideration,which can increase farmers' income and enhance farmers' happiness.From the perspective of rural collective economy realization,this paper takes land shareholding cooperatives as the research object.This article first analyzes the development status of the land shareholding cooperative in underdeveloped areas from four methods: literature,questionnaire,statistical analysis and case analysis.Secondly,it analyzes the development motivation and development dilemma of the land shareholding cooperative in underdeveloped areas.Finally,this paper focus on the operational mechanism from five aspects: cooperation mechanism,coordination mechanism,management mechanism,distribution mechanism and development mechanism,which aims at exploring the conditions and influence of land shareholding cooperatives in underdeveloped areas.Four findings are concluded in study.Firstly,the land shareholding cooperatives are the effective forms of rural collective economy.It makes effects from five aspects to promote collective economy,including cooperation mechanism,coordination mechanism,management mechanism,distribution mechanism and development mechanism.Secondly,the land shareholding cooperative faces many difficulties,such as farmer backward idea,weak cooperation,and lack of funding and legal status.Thirdly,it's important for the land shareholding cooperative to gain the government support and cultivate collective idea of farmer,farmers' cooperation is related to the development of land shareholding cooperative,and government support will escort the development of cooperative.Lastly,the development motivation of land shareholding cooperative in underdeveloped areas is different,but the core is to meet the market demand.Based on research,this study in the fifth chapter puts forward the following three suggestions:Firstly,land shareholding cooperative rely on system consummation,including cooperative recognition,tax system,financing system and personnel training system.Secondly,land shareholding cooperative need to optimize the operation mode and profit distribution system.Thirdly,it is necessary for land shareholding cooperatives to define the role of the government,the cooperative and the head of the cooperative.
