| With the development of the economy and society,problems such as the energy crisis,environmental pollution have prompted the traditional automobile technology to be gradually changed to the directions of energy diversification,environment friendly and so on.The new energy vehicles with high efficiency,low emission or zero emission have come into being and have received wide attention from the people all over the world.Our government also regards developing new energy vehicles as a major measure to solve the problems derived from energy and environment,and to realize the sustainable development of the country.The key of new energy vehicle technology depends on the key technologies of battery,motor,electric control and so on.Power battery is the heart of new energy vehicle,and its perfor mance will directly affect the performance of new energy vehicle.Based on the quality management status of the CPEV.Using the quality-related tools and methods such as PDCA,FTA,SPC,MSA,and Process Capability Analysis,and so on to investigate the quality problems existing in the company and make the plans of the continuous quality improvement.In addition,the corresponding improvement scheme of the product quality management has been developed,and the corresponding security measures to ensure the effective implementation of the program has also been formulated.The quality improvement mainly includes the internal audit method of quality system,the supplier 's performance evaluation and the SPC control chart and MSA analysis mentod.This study results have a certain guiding significance for the quality improvement of CPEV,and it also has certain guiding significance for other similar company to perform the quality improvement. |
