Xinwangda Enterprise Analysis At The Harvard Analytical Framework

The "Harvard Analysis Framework" selected in this paper is analyzed from the aspects of strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis,prospect analysis and other dimensions,so that the company's strategic decisions,strategic execution,and business results form a logical closed-loop.Therefore,it can more effectively and accurately analyze and predict the overall business operations and market status of the company.The innovation of this paper is to introduce the Harvard Analysis Framework to the lithium ion manufacturing industry by taking the case of Xinwangda as the case.The combination of the external factors that the consumer industry is facing with the gradual saturation of consumer batteries and the gradual emergence of power batteries under the guidance of policy,and the related companies Analytical methods and related indicators were selected for research.At the same time,combining the characteristics of the industry and enterprises,analyze and study the company's operating conditions and development trends.This article analyzes the case of Xinwangda through the Harvard analysis framework.It concludes that the Harvard analysis framework can be applied to the enterprise analysis of lithium ion manufacturing enterprises;in the strategic analysis,it mainly analyzes the policy factors and technical factors;in the accounting analysis,it should mainly select fixed assets.The analysis of the causes of the fluctuations of some indicators in the financial analysis should be combined with the analysis of the company's strategic choices and trends in the industry;an analysis of the relevant technical inputs and technological achievements should be included in the prospect analysis.
